My order is a gift which needs to be mailed to a friend – can I do this?
Of course! Simply put your friends mailing address in the additional notes field during your checkout and we will arrange it for you.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order once it’s placed?
Yes, simply fill out the form on our contact page with any requests you may have and we will promptly adjust and/or cancel your order.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and offer a simple PayPal checkout as well.

How much is shipping?
We offer a flat rate for shipping of only $3.99, however, if you place an order for minimum $75 we will waive the shipping fee completely.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. However, should there be any delays, we will notify you via email within hours of the order being placed.

What if my order arrived damaged?
We offer a 14 day return/refund policy. If any items arrive damaged upon arrival or if you are unsatisfied for any reason, simply contact us within 14 days of your order being delivered and our customer service team will do their best to turn your frown upside down.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, returns are accepted as long as we are contacted within 14 days of your order being delivered. In cases where the item was not damaged upon arrival, the customer will be responsible to pay the return postage fee.
